Polices & Terms

To ensure a seamless and elevated experience, the following policies are in place to support clarity, comfort and mutual respect. I invite you to take a moment to review them before your visit. these thoughtful boundaries allow me to give each guest my full attention - and deliver the level of care you deserve.

Timeliness & Respect for time

Your time is valuable-and so is mine. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled appointment. If you're running late, I ask that you notify me as soon as possible by phone or text. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and fees may still apply.

Service Limitations

My services are tailored exclusively for clients age 16 and over who wear their hair in its natural curly or wavy state at least 75% of the time. I do not offer children's services, blowouts, iron styling, braiding, twist outs, or perms. Highly corrective color services may also be referred elsewhere when appropriate. All services are performed at my discretion based on what is safe, realistic and aligned with your hair's needs and goals.

Cancellation & Rescheduling 

 I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me time to offer the time to another guest. 

  • New Clients (with deposit): 

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be refunded minus Square's processing fees. (typically $3-8).

No-shows will be required to pay the remaining balance of missed appointment before booking a new one.

  • Returning Clients:   â€‹

Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of your booked service.

No- shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.

To cancel or reschedule, please phone or text me directly at 951-816-9380. I do not manage appointment changes via email or social media messages. Thank you for understanding and respecting these policies- they help maintain a smooth and respectful schedule for all my clients.

Service Adjustments

Your satisfaction matters to me. I guarantee all services for 14 days. If something isn't working for you, please reach out within that time-I'm happy to make any necessary adjustments to ensure you feel great about your cut or color. Adjustments are offered as part of your original service and are not treated as a new appointment. 

Refunds & Exchanges

I do not offer refunds on services rendered or retail purchases. Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they've been gently used and aren't the right fit. I want you to feel confident in your routine.

Solo Appointments Only

To provide you with the most focused relaxing experience, appointments are reserved for clients only. Due to limited space, I kindly ask that you you do not bring guests or children to your appointment. Seating is reserved for scheduled clients only.
