What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
You will receive an email:
1) Confirming your reservation.
2) Instructions on how to arrive for your appointment.

The Consultation
Before your appointment, you will receive a consultation questionnaire by email. Please complete and return it promptly so I can review your responses and have the products needed to customize your service.
We will begin our session by discussing key highlights from your form, addressing any questions and aligning on your curl goals. This process ensures your experience is personalized, seamless and centered around your hair's needs.
After Goodbye
Your experience doesn't end when you walk out the door. I guarantee your cut for 14 days - if you feel anything isn't working quite right, please reach out. I want you to love your hair and I'm happy to make any needed adjustments within that time.
At the two - week mark, I'll check in to see how things are settling, how your routine is feeling and whether your product recommendations are supporting you as they should.
